How would you describe your personal style?
I like to be original. When I see people wearing things that I wear, it upsets me. That’s why I come down to Toronto. I like to do my shopping down here, rather than doing my shopping in my hometown of Brampton.
Where do you get your style influences?
There’s a couple of people. From rap, Lupe Fiasco and Lil Wayne. They’re pretty good. And Kanye West.
How do you decide what to wear each day?
I don’t, actually. I open my closet and it just comes to me. I can’t even explain it. Basically, putting clothes together, it just comes naturally to me. It doesn’t take any stress or any thinking for me at all.
Anything you’re wearing now that you like and can tell me about?
My bullet belt, for instance. They’re obviously not real bullets. I see a lot of people wearing stud belts, but not a lot of people around here have bullet belts. When I figured that out, I was like, “Okay, that’s something I’m going to start wearing.”
Is there anything you’d never wear?
Rainbow patterns. I tend to stay away from that.
What are your interests?
I’m into sports a lot. I like working out, so I’m always playing basketball, volleyball, and I’m at the gym, trying to keep my physique up.
What do you want to do in the future?
I plan on being a police officer for Peel Regional.
